The program.
The Átomo Future Leaders Program is a 12-month launchpad for incoming associates who want to build real experience across investing, consulting and venture building in Latin America.
For the first six months, participants work directly with Átomo's Fund leadership and investors on strategic priorities across the platform. In the second six months, they transition into consulting roles within Helix, Átomo's in-house transformation team, working inside a portfolio company to help lead its operational and strategic turnaround.
Rather than a traditional rotational internship built around observation, the program gives participants hands-on responsibility from day one, along with training to help develop key economic sectors across the region.
How the 12 months work.
Months 1–6 · Átomo Fund
Work directly with Fund leadership and investors on strategic priorities across the platform, on either the Strategy or the AI track.
Months 7–12 · Helix
Move into a consulting role inside Helix — Átomo's internal transformation and value-creation arm — working within a portfolio company on its operational and strategic turnaround.
Two tracks.
Strategy
Investing, structuring and value-creation planning alongside the Fund team.
AI
Embedding data and artificial intelligence into how portfolio companies operate.
